Through the "Request availability" form we collect: name, phone number, email (optional), and trip details (service type, date and time, pick-up and destination, passengers, luggage, any special requests you enter).
We use this data for one purpose only: to understand and respond to your availability request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).
This is the part most privacy policies gloss over, so we're specific: when you press "Send request on WhatsApp", the site does not transmit your data to any server of ours. It prepares a message on your own device, and WhatsApp opens with that message ready in the text box — you are the one who chooses to send it, from your own WhatsApp account.
Once sent, that message is handled by WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) under your own agreement with WhatsApp, the same as any other message you send from your account. We don't control or see that layer; you can read WhatsApp's own privacy policy for how they handle messages.
We do not store form submissions in a database. Nothing you type into the form is saved on our servers.
The calendar on the site shows only free/busy time blocks, generated from the driver's own calendar. It never displays booking details, names, or any other personal data of other customers.
The site does not use tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for a single purpose: remembering your chosen language (Italian/English) between visits. This is not shared with anyone and contains no personal data.
The site does not currently use analytics or tracking tools of any kind.
Since form data is transmitted directly via WhatsApp rather than stored on our servers, retention follows WhatsApp's own settings and your device — not a database we control.
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@lsncc.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
We may update this page as the site evolves — for example if we add analytics tools in the future. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
